Throbbing lower back pain

Hi all,

I pulled something in my back while trying to get DD off the swings at the playground (lesson learned). This morning I woke up to throbbing pain in my hips and lower back. I have tried Tylenol, heat, ice, warm bath -- they provide a little relief but as soon as I take the heat off, I'm super-uncomfortable again. And Tylenol is like rock candy -- I can't wait to be able to take Advil again! 

Anyone have any other tips I can try? I'm dreading trying to sleep tonight. Thank you!!!
