BH... never ending?

So, Im not really worried, to start off, but just kind of curious... 

 I am deff having BH, but, being a ftm... Im not sure about some things about them... I started feeling them about 2 weeks ago or so but for the last oh, 2 days or so, it seems like it is a constant contraction... like my stomach(uterus) is tightened up, but has not 'relaxed' after a few min or so like it used to... it seems like my stomach(uterus) is always hard... no matter the time of day, I feel that it is hard all the time, so when I touch it (push on it) it is deff hard to the touch. 

It doesn't hurt really, its more just sore in some spots...

is this something I should call about? can it wait till my next appointment in a week? what could it possibly mean?

Like I said, ftm here, so I have never gone through contractions (obviously lol) and just curious...
