Wishing I'd changed my last name

Anyone else not change their last name after marriage now wishing they would have in anticipation of baby's arrival? I actually changed mine but to hyphenated. But now I'm wishing I'd just have bit the bullet and changed it completely over so that baby, me and DH will have same last name. I briefly looked at how to change name not for marriage/divorce reasons in my state, and it looks like too much of a pain in the arse to do!
