Smaller than normal cervix and cysts ..

At my appt on 3/15, the doc said my cervix is at a 22 when it should be a 25. I'm to go back in 2 weeks for them to check again to see if anything has changed, but she gave no further info at that time. Also, while doing the u/s, she and tech noticed two cysts on each side of babys' brain,  which they said they have seen often without any issues. Usually they disappear within the next month or so. Complications only come up if there are multiple problems with development of baby, which they said everything is right on track and working properly. They took my blood to do a test more on the cysts of baby just to be safe and I should hear back next Thursday

Is anyone else having or have had this problem?

 Hoping for good news next Thursday...
