Anyone else not really enjoy being pregnant?

The other post got me thinking that maybe I am negative or something.  I was very blessed in my first, had no complications, healthy baby, no sickness, little weight gain, etc... yet I still did  not enjoy it.   I thought it was stressful, hated people looking at the bump, did not like to see my body changing, did not like to have to give up my marathon training, etc.

I did not hate it overall (just did not like) and don't hate this time... as I love my DS so much and am very excited for #2... but I really don't like being pregnant at all.
