Second time Moms- hip pain, pressure much worse this time?

Anyone else? I feel like EVERY single day my hips are killing, my internal parts of my abdomen and beyond are screaming.. the pulling, pressure down between my pelvic bones is constant.. please tell me I am not alone. I didn't have this w/ DD- granted she was MUCH higher... but this is so uncomfortable and not making this pregnancy half as much fun as it was with DD..
