Sciatica pain!!!

OMG!  This is awful!  This sciatic nerve pain started when I was 18 weeks along and was so bad for 2 days, I couldn't even sit on the toilet!!!  Then, it went away.  Well now at 22 wks, it's back!  It started 3 days ago.  I was able to lay low this past weekend, but after I worked today (I am on my feet a lot) I can barley walk and am in tears, in bed laying with a heating pad on my butt.  Doc said this was normal and a common complaint.  She said the only time I will get relief is once she is born! I can't imagine going through this for the next 18 or so weeks!!!  

Any suggestions?
