TMI mucous plug question....

So, for the ladies who have lost theirs, I've been wondering: how big is a mucous plug?  I keep thinking I've lost all of mine and then a few hours later another huge chunk comes out.  I imagined it being like the size of a golfball amount, but (sorry for the overshare) over the last 5+ days I have lost huge chunks multiple times a day and they have to add up to an amount about the size of my fist (as a conservative estimate). 

So if you noticeably lost yours, how much was there?  I feel silly every time I think I've lost all of mine and then more comes out....
