Coworker "OMG you popped"

So I just encountered a co-worker (in a different dept. and I never talk to this person) in the restroom.  The first words out of her mouth were "OMG you popped"... I obviously took this to mean.. OMG you're huge.. I am carrying about 2-3X as large as I did with my first.. When I told a coworker who I am close with her response was like... "It's no big deal."  Would you be offended?  I am probably just being too sensitive, but still.
