Anyone have Braxton Hicks and Swelling this early?

At night I am getting (what I assume is) BH. My uterus gets really hard for awhile, then it goes away. On top of it, my knees are killing me -it feels like a ton of swelling pressure. I feel like I can barely walk.

I don't recall BH or swelling happening this early with my first pregnancy. Anyone else experiencing/experienced this this early on?
