I have a cold, and...

baby's not moving around as much today! Do you think he's sluggish because I am? I don't think I've felt him kick once, and I usually feel him by now (I can feel him every day now). I have an unrelated midwives appointment today, so I'm sure I can hear his heartbeat and check him out, but has this happened to anyone else?
