Hemmoroid or pimple?

I can't tell! It's in the area between my vagina hole and butt hole. It is just uncomfortable.  I am having BM normally and no bleeding.  It's annoying me cause it's making that area feel sore. 

I'd say I've had it for 2-3 days and I feel like it has grown a bit. 

 

Thoughts?? I see my ob on Thurs and having my 36 week internal exam. Hope it goes away by then!
