17 weeks and no pregnancy feeling

I am 17 weeks with my first. I am showing and have the glorious heartburn and my nipples are on fire but that's it. I felt flutters last week, but nothing this week. I really don't feel anything. I am not a thin person but not massively overweight either. Am I being paranoid?
