It sounds like this is what I have, however, I am still freaking out that it could be something more. It started around 3pm Friday and is pretty much a dull constant pain that doesn't go away with some knife like stabbing pains every now and then. Add to it some lovely lower back pain and I have spent most of the weekend in bed.

Anyone have this? How long does it usually last? I have to get on a 5 hour plane ride in the morning that I am NOT looking forward to...
