Intro and Spotting Scare!

Hi there!  I am new to 3rd tri, so happy to finally be here!  DH and I are 30 years old, and have a 4 (almost 5) year old DS, whom we adopted from foster care.  This is our first pregnancy after 2 years of trying and a diagnosis of MFI.  We were told there was less than a 1% chance we would conceive on our own.  We were well on our way to try to adopt again and BOOM I got pregnant.  We are expecting a little girl in Mid March.

I have had some issues during this pregnancy.  Hyperemesis Gravidarium, High BP, really bad headaches, and most recently this morn a bit of spotting.  It really was just a tinge of blood, but I have had NO spotting issues.  Doc said to monitor it and if it was actual bleeding to call back.
