Is this a scam, or a real deal?

I just got an email from PlanningFamily@planningfamilymembers.com , offering me a free car seat canopy. Other names/websites in the email are Mothers Lounge LLC (??? I never signed up to that!), and www.carseatcanopy.com .

Anyone know if it's a real deal, or if it's some scam? I'm using a new email address which I've only had for a week, but somehow I'm already getting a lot of spam.
