Spotting at 14 weeks..

I had light brown spotting last weekend at 13 weeks that lasted about 2 days. My doc said unless it was accompanied by red or severe cramping, not to worry. Well, it went away but this morning at 14 weeks 2 days, more spotting, not red but not exactly light brown like before. No severe cramping but I'm freaking out. I have not had any spotting since week 6 so I'm really worried. Doc said I can come in for an US, I last saw her 2 weeks ago and everything looked good so I don't know if I'm being super paranoid. Has anyone else experienced this around 14 weeks? Thanks in advance!
