Sorry if this has been asked or if you consider it gross (it kind of is.) What do you DO about colostrum. It looks like a gross scab. Do you leave it there or try to 'exfoliate' it away (ouch)??? It doesn't make me feel very attractive in those rare occasions when I'm in the mood!
