So this past week I've been stuck in bed with a chest cold. Lots of coughing and snot (sorry TMI). Today I am finally starting to feel better. My remedy has mostly been lots of water and fruit. I was too nervous to take any meds while pregnant because the list of what not to take is pretty extensive.
Every time I cough I worry I am shaking up my poor little baby
I just want to feel better.
Anyone have any words of wisdom for this first time sick mama??
