Is anyone else having really tough back pain? This week I took a training class for my job and it involved a lot of sitting without being able to get up and stretch to often. Now, my back is so sore/tight. I try to do stretching to relieve some of the tightness, but it really only marginally helps. I get more pain after sitting for long periods, or standing for long periods. Does anyone do any specific back stretches that really help them (low back). I try to do the cat-cow stretch, child's pose, and pelvic tilts, but would love any other suggestions that you feel work well. Thanks
