Rub/Creams for Muscle Pain?

I woke up last night and felt like my right arm was going to fall off.. I'm hurting from my shoulder all the way to my hand... And it feels exactly like I said.. Like it's going to fall off.. Can I use any kind of muscle rub/cream on it? I don't want to use anything that can harm the baby.. I'm just in a good bit of pain..
