biggest jump in weight gain?

I've had minimal weight gain during this pregnancy, but today I went for a checkup and gained more than I'd like since my last appt 3 weeks ago. My dr said it was fine, esp given that I really haven't gained much as of yet anyway, but I still didn't like it.

What was the biggest jump you have had?
