Constant headache anyone?

I have had a constant headache for the past 48 hours....which never happens to me.  It started on Tuesday in my forehead area and when it wasn't gone in 24 hours, I saw my primary care doctor because I figured it was a sinus infection.  After tapping on my face and forehead in the sinus areas (which are tender) and noticing that I had a bit of post nasal drip, he gave me an Rx for Z-pak.  Now, however, my headache seems to be in my whole head and certainly doesn't appear to be going away anytime soon.  I have had migraine's before and always saw spots with them, but no spots with this headache. 

Anyone else going through this?  Do you think this is normal pregnancy stuff or something to be concerned about?  TIA!
