baby in 97th%

I had a doctors appointment on Friday.... they said that the u.s. came back from 30 weeks and that the baby was in the 97th%. The doctor said "Your baby is HUGE!" She mentioned that if my "labor got too difficult that I may opt. for a c.s" This kinda freaked me out... Then she said try not to gain anymore weight (I have gained 30 lbs.) and cut out as much sugar as posssible." My glucose/ sugar tests have all come out normal and I gained 35 lbs. with my first...so I wasn't worried until I had this discussion with her....

I am wondering if anyone else has had this type of "warning"? Or expereience with this? What are your thoughts?
