hormonal hot mess...

I am a hormonal hot mess and get very emotional easy.  This semester is my last semester in school and I am doing gyn oncology.  Consequently, I encounter a lot of situations that are quite sad.  While I haven't done it yet, there have been times where I have to fight it not to cry in someones room.  Anyone have an emotionally taxing job...how are you dealing?
