Sinus Infection!! Is there anything I can do?

Hello,

 I have a raging, awful sinus infection and I'm wondering if anyone of you have dealt with this at this point in pregnancy and if there's anything you were able to take or do to clear it up.

I called my Dr. and they want me to just go to the walk in clinic but that is incredibly hard as I'm sick and I'm home with a 2 year old with pneumonia!  I can't imagine trying to drag him to the clinic and get through waiting and an appointment, frankly.  Especially if they tell me that I just have to tough it out.  It might be worth it if they can give me something but I don't want to waste my time and have it be hellish to boot.
