Anyone else order something online & had this shipping method used? Any trouble with it?

I ordered pants online from oldnavy the 28th, got an email stating the items were shipped yesterday & per tracking# still isn't showing up in the system to track??

Oldnavy was very nonchalant about the situation, telling me to wait until tomorrow to verify shipping details, that it wouldn't show up just yet in the tracking system online (today 3/1). Then why send me an email yesterday (2/29) confirming the item has been shipped stating I can track the package?! It's already been 1 business day...
