2nd+ Moms - Earlier BH Contractions?

I got a ton of braxton hicks contractions with my first starting late in the second trimester.  They never bothered me to much, even though they sometimes got very regular and would be rather uncomfortable.  This time I think I'm already feeling them.  My uterus is definitely tightening but it's obviously not quite as noticeable since it's still so low.  Has anybody else noticed this a lot earlier the second time around?
