Hospital gown?

If you're delivering in the hospital, are you planning to wear the provided gown, or take something else? I'm not a fan of the standard hospital gown, but I'm also not willing to spend a ton on something that's going to end up gross. So far, this is the leading candidate, but I'd love both reviews/comments and other suggestions.
