fundal height at belly button/slightly above at 17w?

I've read it should be under the belly button at this time - but it's definitely up there. What the heck? This is my second pregnancy, I don't have separated abdominal muscles, my first ultrasound (quite a while ago) showed I was slightly behind my due date (no cause for concern) and that there was one baby in there. What the heck?
