27 weeks and stopped gaining-concern?

I hesitate to even post this, because I will probably gain 10 pounds this weekend, but just in case I don't....

 I was 5'3" 118 when I got pregnant...not sure what BMI that is, but I don't really have weight to lose. I gained 5 lbs from week 20-24, and have gained a total of 10lbs so far. The thing is, I have not gained ANYTHING in the last 3+ weeks since my last doc appointment, I have actually lost a pound. I was sick last week and really could not eat much (stomach bug/flu-ick!) but since then I have been eating plenty. This is my second pregnancy, and I know weight gain can slow at the very end, but this seems odd to me at this point.

I have a doc appt next week, so if I still have not gained I will address it with doc, just wondering your thoughts and if anyone else experienced this...
