TMI but curious if I can do something else?

I want to the doc last wk so they could test my discharge. It came back positive for bacterial vaginosis. Nasty! They put me on the generic version of Flagyl antibiotics and it has made me so sick. I am super nauseous (worse then my 1st tri), it makes my thinking process lethargic and makes me feel like I might pass out even though I haven't. Called the doc today but she hasn't called me back yet.

Curious if any of you have experienced this and is there something else I can do to get rid of the infection?
