Any other Mom-to-be's out there with Fibro??

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a little over a year ago. I've found little tricks along the way that have helped with the pain, but now that I'm pregnant, they don't work anymore...my hips, knees, and elbows hurt especially right now. Any others out there dealing with this?? Any tips?? Sorry for complaining...I'm just feeling...no hope in dealing with the ailments of pregnancy...and this.
