Question about heartrates.

Hi! I'm almost 31 weeks (Saturday) and went in for a routine dr.'s visit today. The dr. listened for the heartbeat and it started at 160 and then dropped to 130. Now she wants me to come in weekly for some bio test something or other. I asked if I should be concerned and she didn't really say no but didn't say yes either. I'm just not sure what to feel and thought maybe you ladies would have some insight. Thank you!
