Light spotting at 30 weeks, advice please!

Hello everyone,

This morning I got up to use the restroom as normal and noticed light pink spotting when I wiped so I wiped again and there was more tiny blood spots but they were a bit more red this time, I haven't had any back pain or any kind of pain at all. It isn't hemorrhoids because when I wiped again I didn't wipe there. Should I call and tell my doctor? Should I wait and see? I don't think it's my bloody show or mucus plug because it's was so light and sparse. p.s. I should also note that DH and I had gotten intimate the night before, could that have affected anything? I just need advice please?!
