Worst cold ever. Homeopathic meds?

I know what 'normal' meds are safe to take while pregnant but just curious if anyone has used the more homeopathic stuff and what their docs have to say about it (my reg appt is tomorrow and I'll be asking then). I originally bought Hyland's Cough and Cold at Whole Foods for my 2yr old as she's also sick and then just saw they sell at Target too. While it is for "multi-symptom" it's also non-medicinal so just wondering what others experience is.
