So, so excited about our little baby boy!!!

The scan went well and I was told the baby's "measurements are normal". It was so cool to see his growing bones and organs.

The technician did tell me I have a low-lying placenta (though not covering the cervix). She told me this will usually correct itself. I didn't think to ask how far from the cervix the placenta is, but I at least know it isn't over it.

Then a doctor came in and took a few more shots and told me again about the low-lying placenta. She didn't give me any specific instructions, just told me I might experience some spotting and that my doctor will probably schedule a scan for me.

So, that part is *slightly* unnerving, but I'm trying not to worry myself too much. In the meantime, I'm thrilled for a little BOY!
