cramping on left side

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I've been dealing with round ligament pain. I usually experience this pain on the right side but today I've been having a lot of pain on my lower left abdomen. I checked the baby's heartbeat this morning and it was perfect. Should I be concerned? Has anyone else experienced this?
