My dr thinks I may be carrying low...

He is sending me for my first ultrasound earlier than planned, next week. Im 14 weeks, 1 day right now. I asked what that could mean, and he simply said that we would discuss it if the ultrasound shows I am. He has never blown off a question before, he is always patient and listens to me, and answers thoroughly... So this has me concerned. And I know that going to Dr. Google is NEVER a good idea, so, I want to ask you ladies, if anyone knows what this means, good or bad?
