Pubic Pain at 33 weeks

I'm not exactly sure what's wrong, but I have such severe pain in my pubic bone that I can barely walk.  In the morning it's fine for about an hour and then it gets progressively worse, and before I know, I can't walk, then by the end of the day it's just unbearable. When this first started, I got scared and went to triage to get checked out to make sure everything was ok.  And, they said everything looked fine.  Has anyone else had this happen?  And, what did you do?
