Baby won't move for ultrasound pictures :(

Yesterday was our second attempt to get our little man to move his head so they could get good pictures of his profile but every time we go in there he is face down, lodged down by my cervix. The ultrasound tech had me turn on my side a bunch of times, do some toe touches, go to the restroom and STILL nothing. Has this happened to anyone else and has anyone had any luck making them move? The ultrasound tech also bounced the wand all over my belly, wiggling him trying to get him to move and he still decided he was comfortable where he was!!! Little stinker...
