Scheduling a C-section, early

I want to know what I have to do to get a C section scheduled, haha!

 

I guess I'm curious about the factors that come into play in deciding if a C-section is necessary and how some women have one schedule so far in advance.. I have Type 2 Diabetes, and I'm a twin, we were 2 weeks early and I was 8. 12 oz and my brother was 7. 15 and my mother did not have Diabetes-we just come from good stock. Anyways, my DD is measuring in the 90th percentile already and so is my fluid...so I wouldn't be surprised if she's not going to end up being CS.
