Hot flashes/ warmer than usual

Has anyone else experienced what I can only assume are a sort of hot flash? I'm usually that person that is so chilly I wear a sweater on even a warm day, but here I am- sweaty palms and barefoot chugging ice water to cool off. I am not dehydrated, I'm sure. I really think this is a prego thing...hormones? I'm 16 weeks today and starting to think I should wear short sleeves to work even though it's winter!! Ha!
