At what point?

At what point did you ladies stop working? I went into work this morning i was up at 4am..which is typical if i need to be at work by 5. Well needless to say i was only there for 30 minutes before i decided to go home. Ive noticed when im up this early i get dizzy, nauseous, and horrible headaches. My  hubby seems o be upset that i came home and i told him i was probably not going in tomorrow. I just dont know what to do anymore. I dont want to make him upset, i know im not working that much so therefore im not bring in any money...and i dont get maternity leave. Any advice?
