Grinding feeling/Sharp pain?

So for about the past week or so, I have been getting these really sharp, intense pains towards the front of my pubic area (maybe right above my pubic bone?). They typically only last for a few seconds but they are on and off all day. Along with that, when I walk I get a weird grinding feeling in the same area. I'm assuming it's from the baby pushing on everything down there, I've just never heard of anybody experiencing this. It is extremely uncomfortable and I haven't found any way to make it stop. Have any of you ladies had this happen?
