I finally spoke with my lawyer today and she informed me that most likely 99.99% ex will not get custody of my LO. Phew!!! Makes me feel better. Also, she said his visitation most likely will be a couple hours a week, supervised pending his drug tests prior to visits. I feel like I can finally breathe again. I'm so glad I have documented everything and have 2 police reports behind me.
