feeling cold?

This morning I woke up feeling fine, but after eating breakfast and a bit of cleaning around the house I started feeling really cold... I live in FL and it's been in the 80's this week, and the air wasn't even on.  I took a warm shower put on warm pajamas and curled up with a cup of tea and a blanket and I could not get warm. My feet and hands felt like they had been soaked in ice, but other than that I felt pretty good, just maybe a little tired.  Has anyone else experienced this, is it something I should be concerned about?
