Restraining Orders in Ohio

Hey!

 I was wondering if any of you are going through getting a restraining order. Or have already been through it before. My sister who just let her looser of a boyfriend (now EX) go finally at the beginning of February needs to get one.

 Ever since she broke up with him he has been harassing her & calling pretty much all of her family. Even ones that NEVER liked him! LOL  Anyways, he's also showed up at her door unannounced because he KNEW that she'd be alone! She did call the police on that incident, so that's on record. 

 Guess what I'm asking is doing any of you have advice for her that I can tell her. He's always threatening taking away her 8 month old baby girl. But I always tell her that can't happen because he's a drug user, has no job, actually OWES child support to another womans child (which he has had his license taken away for). He actually has no stable home to live in!
