Does anyone else suffer from posterior pelvic pain? It started about 3 or 4 weeks ago and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. I try to exercise yet on the treadmill but it hurts so dang much I end up quitting early. Tried the stationary recumbent bike at the gym tonight and worked better but hurt like crazy again when I got up to leave. Anyone know of any specific stretches or exercises to help ease the pain?
