Nausea at 27 weeks?

I never threw up during my first trimester and was only sort of nauseous from weeks 6-9.  But the last two days I've been feeling nauseous again.  I can't tell if I'm nauseous because I'm hungry but then I eat a snack and often I feel worse.  It's super annoying.  Has anyone else experienced a return of nausea this late in the 2nd trimester?
